Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience.

• Valid driver’s license (preferred).

• Staffing: ensure store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts and bench planning.
• Coach and develop team; provide ongoing feedback and recognition.
• Lead guest experience and maintain service standards with a culture of excellence.
• Drive sales, monitor operations, and manage inventory and safety compliance.
