Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a General Manager in the Anoka, MN area to lead store operations and drive sales while building a strong team culture. You will supervise staffing, training, and compliance to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The GM will own the P&L, manage scheduling, and oversee inventory to optimize profitability. Strong leadership, communication, and a hands-on approach are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work full-time (47 hours per week).
• GM role may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
