Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant/retail/guest service management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools.
• Able to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance and drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and bench planning with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, supply chain, and asset management to minimize disruptions.
