Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• ServSafe certification required, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience supervising hourly team members in retail or restaurant.
• Experience in sales, labor, food cost, or store performance goals preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model exceptional guest service.
• Support daily store operations, including food preparation and guest interactions.
• Assist in driving sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Support inventory, ordering, and food/labor cost controls.
• Help recruit, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Execute strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Partner with the General Manager, regional leaders, and corporate leaders to ensure brand standards are met.
