Arby’s is seeking a General Manager (GM) to lead operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee a high-performing management team, ensure food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction while modeling the brand’s values.

This hands-on leadership role requires strategic oversight, coaching of staff, and continuous improvement to create memorable guest experiences and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of foodservice management experience; QSR or casual dining GM experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required. An associate or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant, attain sales and profit objectives, and maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by directing and supervising managers and team members.
• Lead a high-performing management team and actively support all positions as needed.
