Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building and P&L statements.
• Proven track record in recruiting and training teams.
• ServeSafe Certified and able to uphold food safety standards.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong, capable team.

• Manage scheduling, labor control, and training plans.
