Qualifications

Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
ServeSafe Certified
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
Ensure fast, friendly service and a quality guest experience.
Manage scheduling, labor, and adherence to cash handling policies.
Lead hiring, training, and development of team members.
