Popeyes is seeking a passionate General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality food, guest service, and cleanliness. You will recruit, train, and mentor the team, drive profitability, and maintain strong health and safety standards.

As a GM, you’ll foster a positive, high-energy culture, manage costs, and implement local marketing to grow sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience. A dynamic leader with 3–5 years of management is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 3–5 years restaurant management experience at GM/AGM level preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Financial literacy including understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management, cost controls, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
