Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure top quality in food, guest service, and cleanliness, and serve as a role model for a high‑energy, guest‑focused team. You will recruit, hire, train, and develop staff while driving performance against goals.

You’ll oversee inventory, food and labor costs, scheduling, and payroll, manage health and safety standards, and push sales growth through excellent operations and local marketing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
