Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive financial performance. You will recruit, train, and coach a strong team, manage inventory and costs, and uphold health and safety standards.

This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. As a GM, you will foster a positive, high-energy culture aligned with Popeyes values, while driving sales growth and local marketing initiatives in a fast-growing brand

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus.
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as General Manager or Assistant GM.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Build a positive team culture that reflects Popeyes values.
