Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or AGM.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial acumen including understanding P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant with high standards for food quality and guest service.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and managers.
• Oversee inventory, labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth through local marketing and excellent service.
