Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience or higher in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Solid financial acumen including basic P&L understanding.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations with focus on food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent across all positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to hit goals and deliver guest excellence.
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operations and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
