Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure food quality, guest satisfaction, and a safe, clean environment. You will recruit, train, and coach team members, manage schedules, and oversee inventory and costs to drive profitability.

This leadership role requires 3-5 years of restaurant management, strong communication, problem-solving, and financial acumen, plus flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
