Sonic Drive-In in Broussard, LA is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, supervise staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will recruit, train, schedule, and coach the team while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role requires at least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred), strong knowledge of labor laws, and proficient problem-solving and leadership. Expect long hours, weekend coverage, and a focus on cost-control and local marketing.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields.
• Experience: At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred); experience running a restaurant shift without supervision; recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees.
• Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of labor and employment laws; health and safety regulations; strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Work Ethic: Flexible, long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate the drive-in’s staff.
• Manage staff compensation levels per company guidelines and oversee all drive-in operations for an optimal guest experience.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, guest and employee issue resolution, inventory, cost-control, and reporting.
