Job summary

You will recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and supervise managers and crew, manage labor and inventory, schedule shifts, and implement local marketing plans. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, compliance with laws, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate staff as needed.
• Supervise operations to provide an optimal guest experience; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Manage opening and/or closing duties and guest/employee issue resolution.
• Plan, forecast, and adjust food, labor, and inventory to maximize cost-control and efficiency.
• Develop and manage action plans for local marketing and business performance.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Maintain records and prepare operational reports.
