Sonic Drive-In in Ville Platte, LA is seeking a General Manager to lead our drive-in’s operations and staff. You will recruit, train, and supervise employees, manage schedules, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to drive local marketing initiatives. Expect long hours, with focus on safety, quality, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields.
• Experience: at least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate the drive-in’s assistant managers and employees.
• Manage drive-in employees’ compensation levels pursuant to company guidelines.
• Supervise, lead, and manage all aspects of drive-in operations to provide an optimal guest experience.
• Manage opening and/or closing duties.
• Handle guest issues/concerns and employee issues/concerns.
• Plan, forecast, and adjust food, labor, paper, and inventory to maximize cost-control and efficiency.
• Lead regular team meetings to ensure focus on standards and service.
• Maintain drive-in recordkeeping and operational reports.
• Develop and manage local marketing and business performance plans.
• Ensure maintenance of drive-in and equipment and supervise vendor performance.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and laws; ensure sanitation and safety.
