Qualifications

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred – Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields
• Experience – At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws; health and safety regulations
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate staff
• Supervise all drive-in operations to provide an optimal guest experience
• Manage opening and/or closing duties
• Handle guest and employee issues/concerns
• Forecast and manage food, labor, inventory to maximise cost-control and service quality
• Lead regular team meetings to ensure standards and guest service
• Maintain records and prepare operational reports
• Develop and manage local marketing and business performance
• Ensure equipment maintenance and vendor performance
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws
• Attend work regularly
