Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and craft legendary guest experiences in our Wisconsin restaurant.

You will drive team performance, local marketing, and oversee P&L results while building a culture of training and development. You will also lead community involvement and fundraising efforts, manage labor, health codes, and safety standards, and mentor your management team to pursue ongoing improvement and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
