Buffalo Wild Wings in Bellevue, Wisconsin is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest experiences, and manage P&L. You will mentor the restaurant team, partner with local marketing, and ensure safety, quality, and brand standards across all shifts.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a track record of improving performance through coaching and collaboration. This is a full-time, salary role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience in a restaurant.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Ability to train and develop a high-performing team.
