Buffalo Wild Wings in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager in delivering legendary guest experiences.

You will supervise Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants, drive guest engagement, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and champion staff development and training for a high-energy team.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at top performance and guest-focused.
