Buffalo Wild Wings in Green Bay, WI is seeking a driven General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, deliver legendary guest experiences, and drive sales through local marketing and strong P&L results.

You will coach the management team, oversee training, labor, safety and compliance, and spearhead community involvement and fundraising initiatives. Previous GM experience and 4–5 years in restaurant leadership are required.

Qualifikationen

• 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant GM experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct others and drive training and development.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
