Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Rockaway Township, NJ is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant team, owning FOH and BOH operations. You will craft guest experiences, build programs, and drive fast-paced growth while upholding the brand’s standards in Wings, Beer, and Sports.

The role requires 3–5 years of hospitality leadership, exceptional communication, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to optimize daily results and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant/hospitality experience required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience leading innovation and programs.
• Marketing or UX knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant FOH and BOH as a lead manager.
• Evaluate guest experience along the guest journey.
• Build differentiated guest programs based on customer insights.
• Develop a culture of innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Create processes to ideate, develop, and launch programs across the franchise.
• Drive timely, high-quality decisions grounded in insights.
• Lead innovation—first, best, only.
• Oversee project management to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain an entrepreneurial attitude and pro-active thinking.
• Work a 50-hour work week.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Minimum 3–5 years restaurant/hospitality experience; marketing/UX a plus.
