Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to drive guest experience improvements.
• Marketing or user experience knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage FOH and BOH as a restaurant management team member.
• Evaluate and define guest experience along the guest journey.
• Create guest experience programs based on data and insights.
• Develop innovative solutions to business and brand challenges.
• Plan and implement programs across the franchise community.
• Drive timely decisions with data and collaboration.
• Lead project management to ensure on-time delivery.
