InTown Suites Tampa is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations of a single property and drive financial performance. You will manage guest services, staffing, payroll, and office functions, ensuring a safe, clean environment and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, controlling costs, maximizing revenue, monitoring budgets, and coordinating with local authorities.

Qualificações

• Possess a valid driver's license, current auto insurance and a functioning automobile.
• Read, speak, write and understand English to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to read and interpret information found in reports and internal hotel information.
• Sufficient mathematical skills to forecast and analyze revenue, occupancy and costs.
• General computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of Front Office operations and guest service standards.
• Ability to work long hours and manage multiple tasks.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Front office experience or ability to perform varied front office positions.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview and hire all property staff.
• Train, develop and support property staff.
• Oversee office operations, including check-in/check-out, cash handling, bookkeeping and payroll.
• Ensure and provide excellent guest service.
• Identify and manage maintenance issues and capital expenditures.
• Assist with capitalization and project completion as needed.
• Identify life/safety issues and follow up on inspections.
• Drive sales through local marketing and revenue management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local governmental authorities.
• Assist in recruitment and training of other General Managers.
