Lead a diverse team, develop sales plans, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with owners, guests, and community stakeholders to set new hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Alternatively, a 4-year college degree with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Or a 2-year college degree with 5–6 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Boost revenue and manage costs to maximize financial results.
• Develop and execute sales plans and manage key accounts.
• Oversee reporting systems and hotel operations to inform decisions.
