Job summary

Springhill Suites is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations and support the General Manager in delivering outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

You will supervise front desk, sales and marketing, accounting, human resources, revenue management, housekeeping, maintenance, and safety and security, driving team performance and brand compliance.

Bachelor's degree plus 2 years in a similar role preferred; relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 1–2 years related experience acceptable.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage across departments.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise employees within the hotel departments; hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, brand standards, and hotel compliance across all operations.
• Oversee front desk, sales & marketing, accounting, HR, revenue management, housekeeping, maintenance, and safety.
