StepStone Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Homewood Suites Pittsburgh Southpointe in Canonsburg, PA. This leadership role reports to the General Manager and drives operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

You will oversee hotel operations including front desk, breakfast, housekeeping, and engineering, while ensuring payroll standards. Recruit, train, and develop team to deliver exceptional service and adhere to company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Must have at least 2 years of hotel management experience in hotel operations, preferred Hilton brand.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
• Knowledge of Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, associates, and vendors.
