• Proven experience as a General Manager in Food/Hospitality with high-volume operations.
• Strong leadership to inspire and coach a diverse team.
• Ability to analyze financial data for planning and improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers, suppliers, and staff.
• Organized and meticulous, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
