McDonald's is hiring a General Manager for a high-volume restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. You will lead the restaurant to achieve profitability while upholding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include guiding Department and Shift Managers, setting attainable goals, and coaching for improvement. The role requires 3 years GM experience and a background in quick service, hospitality, or retail.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous 3 years General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Lead a team of Department and Shift Managers, set goals, follow up, and provide coaching.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
