Popeyes in the United States is seeking a General Manager to oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring top quality food, guest service and cleanliness. You will recruit, hire, and develop the team, coach performance, and drive financial results with strong leadership.

The role requires 3–5 years of restaurant management, solid leadership, and a sharp business sense including P&L understanding. Flexible scheduling and a dynamic, inclusive culture are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
