Popeyes restaurant in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a passionate General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold food quality, guest service, and cleanliness, and drive performance.

You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, manage inventory and labor costs, and ensure health and safety standards while growing sales and profitability through local marketing and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience at GM/AGM level.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial acumen including P&L understanding.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the restaurant with high standards of quality and service.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and managers.
• Motivate and coach staff to meet goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory, labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operations and local marketing.
