Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead our Missouri restaurant, overseeing all daily operations, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and guiding a high-energy team to operational excellence.

You will manage budgets, train staff, optimize food and labor costs, and drive local marketing to grow sales while upholding Popeyes standards and values.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can coach, inspire, and execute with integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant GM.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with focus on food quality, guest service and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all positions.
• Motivate and coach teams to achieve goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operations and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Build a positive culture reflecting Popeyes values.
