Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws (federal, state, local).
• Knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate staff.
• Manage staff compensation in line with company guidelines.
• Oversee drive-in operations to ensure guest satisfaction and quality standards.
• Coordinate opening/closing duties and daily housekeeping tasks.
• Address guest and employee issues promptly and professionally.
• Plan and adjust labor, food, and inventory for cost control and efficiency.
• Lead regular team meetings and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Develop and implement local marketing and performance improvement plans.
