Sonic Drive-In is seeking a General Manager to lead the drive-in team, train crew, and ensure safe, clean, and efficient food service. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and operational reporting to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will manage shifts, hire staff, implement action plans for sales trends, and develop marketing strategies while upholding Sonic’s standards and policies. Expect irregular hours and a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business or related fields preferred.
• Minimum of two years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running shifts without supervision; willingness to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of recruitment, interviewing and selection practices; knowledge of labor laws and sanitation regulations.
• Strong leadership, supervision, verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task and solve problems.

Responsabilités

• Directs and coaches crew, carhops and skating carhops to meet service standards.
• Manages staffing levels, schedules, and payroll records.
• Ensures compliance with employee handbook, policies and practices.
• Oversees opening/closing duties and overall restaurant operations.
• Develops action plans to address unfavorable sales trends and implements marketing initiatives.
• Maintains inventory and places orders within cost-control procedures.
