Qualifications

• Willingness to work a minimum 5-day week with irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Crew, Carhops, and management team to meet service standards.
• Direct staffing, scheduling, and labor cost controls; monitor inventory and ordering.
• Develop and implement marketing and action plans to address sales trends.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health codes, and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and manage payroll records.
