Qualifications

• Minimum restaurant management experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Food Handler Certification is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills are essential.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high‑performing teams.
• Strong organizational, financial, and problem‑solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and flexible availability are important.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders through ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed.
• Partner with District Manager to achieve goals.
