The GM will manage store performance, ensure food-safety compliance, and drive local marketing while maintaining strong supplier relations and a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail service setting.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and guest-service mindset.
• Demonstrates integrity and alignment with company culture, values and mission.
• Willingness to work varied hours including weekends/holidays; able to service East Peoria and Peoria locations.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the store team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Use Profit and Loss, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and scheduling/inventory tools for operations.
• Maintain supplier relationships for inventory and shipments.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement and action.
• Manage store cash activities including daily deposits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines by all team members.
