Smoothie King in Evergreen Park, IL seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in delivering an exceptional guest experience and upholding brand standards. You will lead a team, drive sales, and ensure a high-quality product while maintaining a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

The AGM will monitor KPIs, manage store operations, and collaborate with the District Leader to execute initiatives, promotions, and local partnerships that boost brand awareness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic POS and computer functions
• Must be team oriented, self-motivated, and well organized.

Responsabilités

• Fosters a culture of exceptional guest experience.
• Reviews store environment and KPIs to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Drives implementation of company programs and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develops partnerships with local community members and participates in local events to build brand awareness.
• Oversees marketing strategies and promotions in-store to drive results.
• Works with District Leader to execute field initiatives and maximize guest satisfaction.
