Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant’s daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will build a strong team, oversee schedules, and ensure safe, friendly, high-quality service across all shifts.

The role requires at least three years in restaurant or retail, strong P&L understanding, and a proven track record in hiring and staff development. A flexible schedule including some holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales, P&L management, recruiting and training.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
