Job summary

BW WILLISTON LLC seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead an IHG limited-service hotel in a high-growth market. You will build strong teams, drive guest experiences, and maximize hotel performance under the True Hospitality for Good banner.

Lead operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services; drive revenue, uphold brand standards, and serve as the community ambassador in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven GM or senior hotel leadership experience (limited-service preferred).
• Knowledge of IHG systems (Opera, Merlin, N2 pricing) preferred.
• Hands-on, visible leader who leads by example.
• Passion for guest service and team development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing market.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services
• Drive guest satisfaction scores, brand compliance, and service excellence
• Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a high-performing team culture
• Manage labor, forecasting and performance
• Maximize revenue through strong rate strategy, cost control, and local market awareness
• Ensure compliance with all IHG brand standards, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Act as the hotel’s ambassador in the community and local market
