Job summary

BW WILLISTON LLC, in partnership with IHG Limited-Service brand, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead one of our hotels in Williston, ND. This hands-on leader will guide daily operations, build strong teams, and deliver memorable guest experiences in a high-demand market.

You will drive front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services, champion brand standards, and maximize revenue through effective rate strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven General Manager or senior hotel leadership experience (limited-service preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IHG systems, including Opera, Merlin, N2 pricing, brand standards, and brand culture (preferred).
• A hands-on, visible leader who leads by example.
• Passion for guest service and team development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing market.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services
• Drive guest satisfaction scores, brand compliance, and service excellence
• Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a high-performing team culture
• Manage labor, forecasting and performance
• Maximize revenue through strong rate strategy, cost control, and local market awareness
• Ensure compliance with all IHG brand standards, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Act as the hotel’s ambassador in the community and local market
