Hyatt Place 39th St. Times Square is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead hotel operations, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional guest and associate experience.

The GM will oversee all aspects of the property, including operations, sales, revenue, guest satisfaction, staffing, maintenance, financial performance, and team development, while maintaining brand standards and protecting hotel assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Hotel General Manager required.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proven success managing hotel operations, revenue, budgets, and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations, sales, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
