Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment seeks a General Manager in Training to rotate through center operations and learn from experienced leaders while preparing to run a multimillion-dollar entertainment venue. You’ll be on the floor, learning by doing and taking on real decisions.

You'll develop skills in operations, guest service, and leadership, with opportunities to lead shifts, train teams, and advance toward full P&L ownership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality or high-volume venues.
• Proven ability to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Experience training and coaching teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service quality.
• Foundational knowledge of labor management and cost control.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across bowling, arcade, F&B, bar, and events to learn operations.
• Partner with General Manager to learn standards, labor, and revenue targets.
• Take ownership of shifts and flex labor during busy periods.
• Drive sales by engaging guests and supporting events.
• Participate in hiring, training, and coaching hourly team members.
• Build financial literacy: labor, COGS, inventory, and cost control.
