Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States seeks a General Manager in Training to oversee all center operations—from entertainment to food and beverage—and to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. You will develop budgets, monitor labor costs, train staff, review performance, and ensure guest service excellence.

A 5+ year management background and a bachelor's degree are preferred; strong leadership and POS knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong math, accounting, and analytical skills.
• Proven teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Customer service excellence is essential.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Clear, effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate and monitor center revenue by developing budgets and controlling labor and expenses.
• Be an operational pro—manage day-to-day center operations and scheduling.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure guest service and standards.
• Review center performance with the leadership team and adjust plans.
• Maintain high morale and address HR or loss prevention issues.
• Make guests priority #1 by resolving complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
