Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in California is seeking an Assistant General Manager to keep all centers running, drive revenue on the floor, and ensure guests leave ready to come back. When the GM is out, you own the shift, the team, and the results.

You will own center performance across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events; hire, train, and coach hourly staff; manage daily financials; stay active during peak shifts; and implement promotions and operational improvements with the GM.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, or high-volume operations.
• Experience training and developing department-level managers.
• Floor-first management style with presence on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Own center performance across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events on every shift.
• Drive sales through hospitality, guest engagement, and high service standards.
• Hire, train, coach, and schedule hourly teams across all departments.
• Manage daily financials including cash handling, labor, COGS, and inventory.
• Stay visible and active during peak shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Execute company initiatives, promotions, and operational improvements with the GM.
