Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a General Manager to own the guest experience, lead the team, and drive the P&L at a center. You will oversee bowling, arcade, F&B, bar and events, building high-performing teams and delivering memorable guest service.

This on-site leadership role requires a floor-first presence, a track record in entertainment or hospitality, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume, guest-focused entertainment venues.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet financial targets.
• Full P&L fluency including budgeting and cost control.
• Experience building leadership teams from the ground up.
• Visible floor-first leadership during peak periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events.
• Drive daily sales through direct guest engagement, event execution, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and develop high-performing teams across every department.
• Set performance expectations and hold teams to consistent results.
• Own full P&L performance including labor, COGS, inventory, and cost controls.
• Keep the facility, attractions, kitchen, bar, and event spaces clean and guest-ready.
