Qualifications

• GM experience in QSR or similar complex restaurant.
• Experience leading teams and managing P&L accountability.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations standards.

Responsibilities

• Open and close restaurant operations and ensure readiness for opening.
• Deploys staff and resources to maximize profitability and meet objectives.
• Hire, promote and coach restaurant staff; maintain engagement.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety policies, and training.
