Job summary

Avolta is seeking a General Manager II to lead a QSR or Casual Dine restaurant near the Jacksonville Airport. The GMII ensures the unit is clean, staffed, and open, driving profitability with broad responsibility for the restaurant's success.

Open/close duties, staffing, deployment, coaching, and adherence to brand standards are core. You will manage orders, vendor relations, safety, and guest satisfaction on site.

Qualifications

• GMIIs must have documented and demonstrated skills managing the types of restaurants (QSR, Casual Dine, Full Service, similar complexity) to ensure success and profitability.
• Requires leadership, staffing, and shift management capabilities with P&L focus.
• Understanding of brand standards and safety/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Open and close: ensure opening/closing checklists are completed and staff are prepared.
• Staffing/deployment: optimize staff coverage, assign tasks, and coach team members.
• Product availability: manage orders, receiving, vendor contact, and equipment maintenance.
• Brand knowledge: uphold brand standards and training across the unit(s).
• Visual/appeal: drive guest experience, marketing programs, and AB/Coke initiatives.
• Safety: enforce safety standards and health requirements, train managers on wellness/protocols.
