Endeavor Hotels seeks a General Manager for the Hilton Garden Inn Midway Airport in Bedford Park, IL. This leadership role drives guest satisfaction, profitability, and daily hotel operations, while maintaining Hyatt standards and fostering a strong team culture.

The GM will lead revenue growth, manage budgets, monitor brand compliance, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional hospitality across all departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience.
• Minimum 2 years as General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Experience with Hyatt hotels preferred.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue, GOP, and EBITDA goals.
• Develop and manage operating budgets; control labor costs.
• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Breakfast, and Sales.
• Ensure Hyatt brand standards and property safety.
• Lead by example and develop team members.
• Review financial reports daily/weekly/monthly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to escalations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain staff; conduct evaluations.
• Partner with Sales for revenue opportunities and local marketing.
• Manage preventive maintenance and life-safety compliance.
