Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing collaborative hands‑on leadership for all lounge operations.
• Own guest requests, service failures, and remedies to ensure exceptional experiences.
• Maintain relationships with guests, clients, and departments to support service excellence.
• Respond to and resolve guest feedback within defined timeframes.
• Oversee HR functions, scheduling, payroll, and staff training.
• Ensure compliance with lounge operating controls, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Monitor profitability and manage costs to exceed guest satisfaction targets.
